Brandi uses a client-centered, strengths-based approach in therapy with some mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy sprinkled in. Brandi likes to incorporate traditional talk therapy with art, mindfulness, and body awareness. She also incorporates Neurofeedback into therapy sessions for clients who are interested.
Brandi works to frame each session with unconditional positive regard. This allows hope and a positive therapeutic relationship to grow and flourish.
Brandi started working in mental health in 2007 and has worked in community mental health centers, public schools, and private practice. Brandi works with all ages (children, adolescents, and adults) in either individual or family sessions.
Outside of work, Brandi keeps busy with her 3 cats (Sam, Litten, and Coco), dog (Emma), children, husband, and escape rooms.
