The journey to mental wellness looks different for everyone, but we all are searching for happiness, safety, and a sense of hope about the future. If you can’t remember the last time you woke up excited for a new day, or didn’t dread coming home, there IS a different life waiting for you to find it.
Emily uses a strengths based approach to meet each client where they are at. Clients can expect to set their own goals in therapy and benefit from a psychodynamic approach of identifying patterns in life that are no longer serving in meeting those goals. Whether you’re new to therapy, or returning to work on new goals, Emily is looking forward to joining you on your wellness journey!
In her free time, Emily enjoys photography (particularly pets and nature!), drawing (with pencils or charcoal), and taking care of her 10 very spoiled chickens.
