Better Mental Health Services (BMHS) is a private practice based in Rockville, MD. BMHS approaches therapy from a nonjudgmental, compassionate perspective. Our practice believes in continued clinical training, self-awareness, and overall growth (personal and professional). BMHS is looking for someone that shares this perspective.

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold an active counseling license with the state of Maryland (LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, or LCSW). The ideal candidate is willing to work with people of all ages and attend workshops/classes to learn new skills and sharpen old ones.

This position offers flexible scheduling, office space, options for teletherapy sessions, minimal paperwork, and access to EHR for scheduling, notes, and treatment planning. Full-time benefits include clinical supervision, professional development (CEU) stipend, paid time off, and health insurance.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour/session
