Hi  there! I'm Anthony, and I'm honored to be part of your journey towards healing and personal growth. My mission is to create a safe and inviting space where you feel heard, valued, and understood. My approach is rooted in kindness, empathy, and a touch of humor. I believe that the  therapeutic journey is a collaborative one, and together, we can navigate the path to a happier, more fulfilling life. Our sessions are open conversations, where you can share your thoughts and feelings  without judgment. Whether you're facing life transitions, relationship  challenges, or just need someone to talk to, I'm here to listen and  support you.

My  approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in  Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy. I specialize in working with adults and couples to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, relationship  challenges, anger management, and LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity-affirming care. We’ll  work at your pace to build practical coping tools, strengthen self-awareness, and support the mind-body connection so you can feel  more grounded and in control.
