Fees

• Individual or Family Psychotherapy (60 minutes):  $200
• Individual or Family Psychotherapy (45 minutes):  $150
• Late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no show:  $100 
• Individual Psychotherapy with intern: $50
• Credit Card processing fee: 4%
• EMDR Intensive Session (3 hours): $600

BMHS accepts most commercial Aetna, Carefirst BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, and United Healthcare insurance plans. 

We do not accept any Medicaid or Medicare plans (primary or secondary coverage), including the ones managed by Aetna, BCBS, Cigna and United Healthcare. 

We are also an Out-of-Network provider with most other insurance companies. Please contact your insurance company to see if you have out-of-network benefits for mental health services.  If benefits are available, we will either bill that insurance directly or provide you with a detailed receipt (Superbill) to submit to your insurance company.
