If you are looking for a space that you can exhale, be yourself, and collaborate with an ally to increase your holistic wellbeing, then you are in the right place. Clients have described my style of therapy as accepting, friendly, warm and supportive.
I view therapy as an active process and use multiple approaches to identify, process and resolve issues that matter to you. We may initially take a bird’s eye view of your environment to gain perspective and clarify your concerns. We may practice viewing difficult experiences through the lens of self-compassion, or one of neutrality. All along this path of healing and growth, we will plant seeds of kindness and compassion for self and others.
My focus areas include relationship issues, social anxiety, stress management, post-traumatic stress,
mood disorders, gender and sexuality, life transition, family caregiver stress, codependency, self-
acceptance, sensory processing sensitivity, and ADHD.
The therapeutic modalities I commonly utilize include cognitive behavioral, emotion-focused,
interpersonal, cognitive processing, and ecotherapy. I meet with clients individually and encourage the inclusion of important persons in therapy as you deem fit.
Outside of the therapy office, I love spending time outdoors, hanging out with my family, practicing yoga, watching stand-up comedy, cooking, baking, and of course, loving my two cats, Nila and Janu.
